Along with reasons and evidence of your dispute. We will require a written statement from you rather than calling and speaking over the phone, as evidence can only be collected via email or mail.

I Have Paid the Ticket By Cheque, What Happens Next?
Once when the cheque payment has been received, we will send you a copy of receipt by post. this will be your proof of payment.
I Have Paid My Parking Ticket Online, What Happens Next?
If you have paid the parking ticket online, you will receive an email as your receipt of payment. you don't have to take any further action
