Why Self Ticketing

HOW IT WORKS

Register with LCPM

1 - Register with LCPM

Fill in the form by or please call us on 08445611127 to complete registration.  We will then assess your requirements and complete your registration.  Registration process ensures your car park / private land adheres to the relevant legislation and that it ensures it is eligible to carry out self ticketing services and issue parking tickets

2 - Receive & Install Signage

Signs that you receive will be bespoke designed to your car park and requirements, ensuring they comply with the current legislation.  Once received, simply install the signs or you have the option to instruct one of our representatives to deliver and install the signs for you for a small cost, please contact 08445611127 for more information.

3 - Issue Tickets Using Our App

If you find a vehicle parked in your private car park / land that does not comply with your terms & conditions, use our simple app to issue a parking charge against the vehicle.  Simply fill out the vehicle details, why you want to issue the ticket and use the app to take images of the vehicle and click send.  The app will assist in providing sufficient evidence to issue the parking charge and will help assist with court proceedings for any unpaid parking charges.

4 - Vehicle Owners Receive Ticket in Post

We aim to obtain vehicle keeper details from DVLA direct and we issue the parking ticket through the post to the keeper.  They then have 28 days to pay, if they don’t then our in-house debt recovery department and legal department will pursue the parking charge until it is paid.  We communicate with the driver for any appeals/enquiries direct and drivers call us direct to discuss their parking tickets.  This means you will never have to communicate with those that have been issued a parking ticket.

5 - Receive your Commission

For every parking ticket paid, you will receive commission (£15 if ticket paid if reduced amount or £40 if full amount paid).  Your access to our admin panel will allow you to see how many parking tickets have been paid.  Your commission is paid to you direct on a monthly basis.

6 - Support & Training

LCPM is committed to providing you with the up to date training that may affect the legislation and the code of practice.  You will have a peace of mind knowing you are up to date.  We also provide continuous support to all our clients for whatever questions they might have.
